	MELISSA WAYNE - President As President of National Event Marketing, Inc., a 100% women owned business, Melissa oversees every detail of Sky-View's operation with hands-on installation and direct management. Melissa is so passionate about her business that she thrives on excellence and detail. In 1991 with just one employee, Melissa launched what is now the largest searchlight company in the world. Melissa is directly responsible for the largest sales increase in Sky-View's history. With such great success, and that of the company, Melissa remains accessible to everyone with a high-energy attitude. This aspect of her personality has been infused within the company. Melissa is responsible for putting together the largest display of searchlights from cost to cost just two days after November 11^th to pay respect to the people who lost their lives and their families. Melissa served six years on the Board of Directors and has served as President of the IADA, a prestigious international association of Inflatable advertising dealers. Melissa was elected President of the IADA (Inflatable Advertising Dealers Association) in January 2000. She also serves as a board member of the SAE HIL G-10T committee that writes ARP (Aerospace Recommended Practice) on high-intensity lights for the FAA.
	JERRY WAYNE - National Sales Manager Jerry is one of the original IADA (Inflatable Advertising Dealers Association) founders. He served on the Board of Directors for 8-years. Jerry chaired the committee that literally wrote the inflatable industry's book for SOPs (standard operating procedures) Jerry, has thirty-plus years marketing experience and has been a counselor/advisor to many businesses, both small & large. Member of the SAE G10-T FAA Committee Advisory Group. Recommending procedures for projection of high intensity lights into the navigable air space.
	ROSE HUTCHINSON - General Manager Rose came to Sky-View and with her energy and commitment to excel in customer service, quickly worked her way to senior management. Prior to her employment with Sky-View...Rose handled logistics for one of the nations' largest computer manufacturers. In addition to supervising Sky-View's overall operation, she specializes in coordinating events nationwide for many of Sky-View's Fortune 500 national accounts
	YVONNE PEREZ - Executive Assistant Top executives need support to do their jobs effectively, and their assistants are considered an indispensable part of a well run office and Yvonne is just that person. With 30+ years of experience in all aspects of the corporate working field, Yvonne has seen it all. Yvonne is dedicated and professional and has the charm of a Southern Belle. She manages correspondence, prepares research, and communication and so much more while also acting as the "gatekeeper." And she’ll do what it takes to make the impossible, possible. At times she acts as a proxy for the President of the company, representing her in meetings or communications. When you call Sky-View, it is usually her sweet friendly voice you hear first. No job is too big or too small for her to handle.
	MELISSA PRICE - Account Executive Melissa is our newest member to the Sky-View team. She can assist you with any of your needs regarding your account. She also handles our special projects with IADA and attends our Trade Show Events. If you have a dilemma, small or large, do not hesitate to call her for assistance, Melissa is only a phone call away.
	RON PETERS - Head of Technology & Development We are pleased to have such an experienced searchlight specialist as Ron Peters join our company. We believe there is no one more qualified than Ron to oversee the technology and manufacturing of our searchlight projects. Ron has over 20 years experience in the searchlight technology and development field. Ron operated is first Carbon Arc searchlight at the young age of 16 years old. Since then searchlights have been Ron’s passion. Ron allows for complex what-if analysis to meet any planned and unplanned searchlight glitches. As head of Technology and Development, Ron overseas and heads up the development team, covering analytics, research and development and global technology and implementation of searchlights at the manufacture plant of Sky-View. Ron has strong leadership, commands respect from his team; he is highly influential and possesses strong business acumen and excellent business and history knowledge of searchlights. Since 1997, Sky-View has invested substantially in the development of a new, affordable, searchlight technology. We have recently accelerated our development of the technology. This includes extended research programs and the construction of full scale prototypes which Ron oversees.
